Elevate your skills with this Baguette class led by #pierrelebaker. A fun and versatile representation of one of France's most beloved breads. This class allows you to model every aspect of a baguette (Traditional way) , from its length and weight to its crust, crumb and color type. Perfect for sandwiches or appetizer that you could ultimately make at home.
At the end of the class you will be able to pick up the right flour, weigh out, mix, set the weight, feed the wheat starter (understand mostly used kind of ferment (poolish included), shape and bake to get a perfect crusty baguette.
