Daou's winemaker will be joining us to talk all things wine—what’s in your glass, and why it pairs perfectly with the flavors of the evening. We're also thrilled to welcome Miliken Farms to chat about fresh, locally-grown crops like sugar snap peas, sweet potatoes and so much more. Learn about the farm-to-table journey and hear firsthand how these ingredients end up in your meal.
The best part? You won’t need utensils to enjoy the incredible flavors we’re serving up.
