Two Baking Brits Pop-Up, Winemaker Dinner with Doug Margerum

Enjoy an unforgettable evening that will transport you to the French countryside of Provence! Join the Two Baking Brits (Chef's Pascale Beale and Sandra Adu Zelli) for a five-course Provençal-inspired dinner at Cheese Shop Santa Barbara featuring local produce. Margerum Winery will be pairing their beautiful wines with each course and there will be stories of Julia Child.
A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts. Total ticket amount is includes gratuity.
1st Course – Caramelized Onion and Olive Tapenade Galette served with 2023 Margerum Riviera Rosé
2nd Course - Spring Garden Market Salad with Ricotta Crostini served with 2023 Margerum M5 White
3rd Course - Slow Roasted Salmon with Tarragon Sauce with Fingerling Potatoes and Spring Peas served with 2023 Margerum M5 Red
4th Course - Plateau de Fromage (Cheese boards and accompaniments) served with 2022 Margerum Estate Syrah
5th Course – Mousse au Chocolat (Chocolate Mousse) served with Margerum Amaro
