Pascale Beale Saturday Tour and Cooking Class

Join in the festivities and honor Julia Child, join award-winning food writer, cookbook author, and chef, Pascale Beale, for a very special hands-on Mediterranean style cooking class, celebrating La Belle Provence.
- Asparagus and Fava Bean Salad with Goat Cheese and Herb Crema
- Smoked Salmon and Chive Soufflé
- Salade aux Fines Herbes
- Strawberry Coulis and Ginger Ice Cream with Seasonal Berries
This will be served with some of Pascale’s hand-made naturally leavened bread, and stories from her dinners with Julia.
This culinary experience lasts approximately 5.5 hrs (9:30 - 3:00pm) and includes a curated tour of the farmer's market where Pascale will introduce you to her favorite farmers and we will shop for the class, the cooking class, and a three-course lunch on the terrace. This is a hands-on class, and we provide everything you need for the day.
Please arrive on time in comfortable attire and close-toed shoes.
