This June, Santa Barbara residents of District 3 will fill the City Council seat left vacant by Cathy Murillo when she ascended to the mayor’s throne in January. In an effort to bring candidates and their constituents together to discuss key issues important to the City of Santa Barbara and specific to their districts, The Santa Barbara Independent is hosting a conversations within District 3.
